Using the service
You may only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content, content depicting minors in a sexual context, or images of real people intended to deceive or harass. We may block abusive use.
Your content
You keep the rights to your uploads. Subject to those rights and the underlying model terms, you may use generated images for personal and commercial projects.
Credits and payments
Credits are purchased through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for payments, invoicing and sales tax/VAT, and whose terms also apply to your purchase. Credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. See the refund policy for details.
