Acceptable Use Policy

Scope: non-human images only

ImgRestyle is for non-human images: your own pets, products, objects, places, and your own original sketches, illustrations and mascots. We have removed the people-focused tools (headshots, outfit changing and portrait restoration).

What you may upload

Images you own, or that you are clearly licensed to use for this purpose.
Content that contains no people. Reference images follow exactly the same rules.

What you may not upload or generate

Photos of real people or anyone's likeness, including selfies, headshots, photos of people in outfits and family photos, even with their consent (outside our current scope).
Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation of any person, or likenesses of celebrities or public figures.
Copyrighted works you have no right to use: other people's illustrations, photographs, stock images, retailer or brand product photos, and characters from films, anime, games and the like, including as reference images.
Imitation of a specific franchise, studio, character or living artist; other parties' trademarks, logos or brand assets; counterfeits.
Illegal content, sexual content involving minors, explicit or harassing content, hateful content, or anything meant to deceive others.
Attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, bot checks or the checks described below, including rewording prompts to evade them.

What checks we really have (and do not have)

We do not pretend to recognise every image. The only mechanisms that exist are:

A required confirmation: the interface requires a tick before each generation, and API requests must carry rightsConfirmed: true and nonHumanConfirmed: true or they are rejected with a clear validation error.
Retired presets: the old headshot, clothes-changer and photo-restoration identifiers are rejected by the API with an error, not silently replaced by a default prompt.
A basic keyword filter on the prompt: people-related words in English and Traditional Chinese, and a list of well-known characters, studios and brands. The list is incomplete, is easily bypassed by misspellings or other languages, and can block harmless prompts.
Rate limits and bot checks.

We do not have: image recognition, face detection, likeness matching, copyright or trademark matching, reverse-image search, or human review of each upload. Our AI provider may apply its own safety measures, which we do not control. Your confirmation and your responsibility for what you upload are therefore the main safeguard.

Enforcement

For violations the operator may, manually, reject requests, suspend or terminate accounts, disable access to content where we control it, and cooperate with providers or authorities as the law requires. There is currently no automatic enforcement, admin moderation system or blocklist; under our policy repeat violators' accounts are terminated, but that takes manual operator action.
